Here are 3 quick tips that will create space for preparing for a BIG mindset.
1. Grab a pad and a pen and take one hour to be by yourself. Think about ANY and ALL negative thoughts you have been carryingaround in your mind about yourself. No one will see this so now is your chance to free yourself. Write them all down.
2. Once completed tear out the page and rip it into pieces. I do mean rip. Place into a trash can, say goodbye and if need be, have a good cry. You see that is all that those negative thoughts are about you, TRASH.
3. WOW, with so much space you can now begin to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Every day write 10 positive affirmations about yourself in the present: I AM amazing, I AM a success, etc., etc. In the beginning it will not be that easy but what will happen is now your inner voice will realize it is being heard and you will wake up with a new realization of who you are and the clarity to see your future.
This is a way to fuel yourself to give you the energy, inspiration and drive to move you forward with your life. This is YOUR life so it is my hope that you make the choice to claim it and take the steps necessary to live your BIG life.
